Optimal Wellness Radio Hour Featuring MYOS Chief Medical Officer Dr. Robert Ashton Airs Sunday June 8th on WABC 77

This Sunday, June 8th from 4-5 p.m. EST, MYOS Chief Medical Officer Dr. Robert Ashton joins hosts Bart Oates (former NFL Player for the New York Giants) and health and wellness advocate and award-winning broadcaster Jennifer Smith for the Optimal Wellness Radio Hour.

They'll share cutting edge information about health, anti-aging and prevention along with wellness tips so you can be proactive in managing your health and achieve Optimal Wellness. Also featured each week are NFL players and other professional athletes who provide inspiration and information as they take listeners on their journey to Optimal Wellness as part of the NFL Alumni Optimal Bowl and Wellness Challenge. Oates played in 3 Super Bowls and never missed a single game in his 12 year NFL career. His focus then on performing at his peak has turned into a life-long mission: proactively taking steps to live life to its fullest and sharing that information with others.

You can also listen to previous recorded episodes of the Optimal Wellness Hour online here. Dr. Robert Ashton’s feature will be available following the live broadcast next week and MYOS Chairman Robert Hariri’s recent feature is currently available from May 23, 2014.
